Quotes are free and based on the information you provide and, where needed, an on-site assessment. Final price may change if scope, access or surface condition differs materially from what was quoted.
We aim for the best practical result for each surface. Age, previous coatings, staining depth and substrate condition affect outcomes. We will discuss realistic expectations before or during the job.
You agree to provide safe access, clear work areas where reasonably requested, and disclose hazards (including underfloor heating, leaks or fragile finishes).
Payment terms are confirmed on the quote or invoice. Commercial accounts may be offered at our discretion.
Please give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations may attract a fee if we have already allocated time or travel.
We carry insurance appropriate to our work. Details can be provided on request.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
